Gliderobes was recommended to me by a friend, and I have to say, they didn’t disappoint. I was a bit worried about buying blind, however, I am very pleased with the quality and the professionalism of the installation. The price was very competitive compared to the numerous other quotes I had received by other large fitted bedroom companies. What really won over my custom was that there was no pushy salesman trying to kid me he was about to give me the deal of the century, there was just very prompt and very good customer service and no intrusion into my home.
The new website is good as it allows you to design your wardrobe, and also gives you a breakdown of the costs so you can see where you can save money if you go over budget, however, there does seem to be a few teething problems which I am sure will be rectified soon. When the design is complete, it would be good to have full measurements on the diagram.
The timescales between placing my order, delivery and installation was fantastic – I couldn’t believe I got my new wardrobe with a couple of weeks (and that includes a bit of dithering on my part!). What was also reassuring was that a survey was carried out to confirm the measurements before the order wet into production so there wasn’t the worry of whether or not it was going to fit. I was also able to tweak the heights of shelves and rails slightly by just discussing my requirements with the fitter, so it really was ‘made to measure’.
I have already recommended Gliderobes to two of my friends. An excellent experience all round.
