SALES DESIGNER / ADMINISTRATOR

Overview
An exciting role has become available for a Sales Designer / Administrator within our friendly and highly motivated team at our Riddings, Alfreton Showroom.

This position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Basic Salary of £28,800 + Bonus (OTE £38k).

Hours of work: 40 hours per week

Free Parking, Uniform provided

Initial Starting Salary is £25,400 rising to £28,800 following training.

Responsibilities

· To assist Gliderobes retail and trade customers with their web and/or showroom enquiries with any of their requirements relating to quotes, orders, and after sales.

· Responsible for managing the flow of orders from our websites ‘Wardrobe Configurator’ (web and showroom origin) onto our order entry system.

· Job creation for installs and manufacturing, liaising with Sub Contract Fitters, Factory Staff and Logistic staff.

· Operating within a small team, you will have dedicated daily responsibilities.

· Use CRM system to log and update all customer leads, opportunities and contacts.

· Take personal responsibility for the tasks assigned, with all tasks managed to closure within the working day.

· Daily target of zero email inbox to be strived for, without compromising quality and service.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate the following: –

· Have the ability to manage customer queries professionally and swiftly.

· Good communication with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.

· Highly committed and driven, with a desire to achieve and improve.

· The ability to develop a sound knowledge of Gliderobes products and services.

· Be passionate about customer service excellence and delivering a positive and memorable service.

· Comfortable in working with a variety of software applications including Microsoft excel. Some CAD skills is desirable, but not essential (SolidWorks)

· Adopt a right first-time approach to all aspects of work.

· Attention to detail, task focus and accuracy is essential.

· Be reliable and flexible with hours and able to work weekends.

Skills

  • Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and other office software.
  • Solid IT skills with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

    Labourer/Van Driver (Position added 8th February 2016)

    We’re looking for a hard working person who will support our production staff. Duties are:

    – keeping the factory clean and tidy,

    – loading and unloading vans/lorries.

    – You will need to be physically fit and not afraid of some hard work!

    – You will also act as an occasional van driver delivering our products to customers. Smart appearance, friendly and polite is a must.
