The fitted wardrobe turned out exactly as planned and is seriously a very nice piece of kit, the smoked mirror glass option for the doors and the choice of very dark wood have created a very smart effect. I found the design software on their website difficult to use, I just could not find the ‘draws’ option. But they were really good on the phone and did the designing bit for me and emailed the results.
The delivery was exactly on cue, with a very helpful driver, the fitter came the next day, so the bits were not left hanging around for ages. I think to take the self fit option is only for the serious DIYer. For normal mortals the £350 cost of fitting is money well spent.
The prices were very moderate. They were rather slow off the mark at the beginning but in the end everything was good, service and quality of product. I got the impression of a small firm that cares about its customer’s and its products.
