I just thought I would drop you a quick note to say thanks so very much for the absolutely excellent service.
If you think I only ordered on Sunday and here we are Thursday and I have everything I need for the joiner to do his work this coming Sunday, so if all goes well, within seven days I will have ordered, taken delivery, had the units fitted and everyone happy.
What great service it has been, not only efficient, but a pleasure to do business with. We hear too often of the poor service that some companies provide, and believe me, I’m the first to complain. On the other hand I also think good service should be acknowledged and applauded.
I did go onto your company website, to see if I could leave a testimonial, but you don’t seem to have that option, so please accept this mail as a huge thank you for everything.
