The Gliderobes Sliding Wardrobes guarantee our product and workmanship for 10 years from the date of purchase, but what does this really mean?
Door frames, tracks and running gear carry our 10 year guarantee as do all the other materials we supply with the exclusion of the following items:
- Door Frames and Tracks – 10 years
- Wardrobe Construction – 10 years
- Glass – 1 year
- LED Lighting – 2 years
- Soft-close mechanisms – 1 year
We will replace any items on a no quibble basis and bring the defect part back to our factory for closer examination so we can learn how to improve in the future.
Steel framed doors are not covered for use in bathrooms and areas where damp exists as this can lead to corrosion. Aluminium framed doors should be used in these areas.
